Samsung has launched their new flagship phone +Samsung Galaxy S5, which will be available from 11th April across the world. The new flagship device has 5.1 Inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels and in terms of pixels per inch, it will be 432 ppi.
It is powered by 2.5 GHz Quad Core processor with 2 GB RAM, it will come into two versions of 16 GB and 32 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy S5 has expandable memory up to 64 GB. Samsung Galaxy S5 will have 16 Mega Pixel camera with Ultra HD 4K resolution which is first in its class, and for the selfie it has 2.1 Mega Pixel camera.
If you look at the connectivity options then it has Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G, LTE, NFC and USB 3.0, surprisingly this phone will work as IR remote as well.
Samsung Galaxy S5 will work on KitKat 4.4 OS, it is backed by 2800 mAh battery however price is not revealed yet.
Samsung Galaxy S5 will come in to water resistant & dust resistant with IP67 protection, IP67 means ingress protection class, the first 6 indicates the protection against solid particles such as dust. It varies from 0 to 6 normally so Samsung Galaxy S5 has highest level protection against dust and the next 7 indicates protection against liquid, which varies from 0 to 9, but the 7 indicates a good protection against liquid as well.
