Micromax A72 Canvas Viva Launched @ Rs6999/-

The battle of bulge looks set to getting ultra-low cost thanks to Micromax A72 Canvas Viva. A72 Canvas Viva is a new phablet from Micromax that has been listed online on Infibeam.

On Flipkart it say's out of stock...

Micromax A72 Canvas Viva sports a 5-inch (480 x 800 Pixels) display and runs on the dated Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).

It will be powered by 1GHz processor along with 256MB of RAM. The other specifications of this phablet include 3-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, 2,000mAh battery, 2G (EDGE support) and 110 MB of internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 16GB with microSD card.

It is a dual-SIM phablet that supports GSM frequency in both the SIM.

While the specs may not be exciting, the price will certainly please some. The phablet is now available for Rs. 6,999 from Infibeam and other retailers.

Technical Specifications:-
  • 5-inch (480 x 800 Pixels) capacitive touch
  • 1GHz processor
  • 256MB RAM
  • 110 MB internal storage, expandable by up to 16GB through microSD card
  • 3-megapixel rear camera
  • 0.3-megapixel front camera
  • Dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) with dual standby
  • 2G (EDGE), Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g
  • 2,000mAh battery
  • Android 2.3 (Gingerbread)
We don't think that for Rs. 6999/- this is a good choice as OS is outdated, Processor is single core, RAM is less, Camera:(

We think at this price range it's better to go for Xolo A700.
